Founder Neal Luck comes from a broad background with experience in the retail and wholesale aspects of the Kitchen and Bath Industry.  Starting out in the Chicago area in the 1970's designing kitchen layouts, Neal has worked in Southern California – San Diego and Los Angeles areas - since 1981. 
Neal’s experience includes working with home owners in their remodeling efforts, contractors, decorators, home builders and cabinet manufacturers. He has designed over 100 communities in the past 10 years for national builders, including KBHOME, Centex, DR Horton, Lennar and other local developers. In this time, he has been responsible for over 10,000 homes.
